Sandy is the founder of Diva's Hair Salon and Day Spa. She started doing hair 27 years ago. After working at Hair Image and Fine Cuts she decided to go into business for herself. This hair salon is made up of many Diva's, but Sandy is truly the Diva! She is the backbone that holds us all together. She prides herself in making her hair salon a family, not a work place. The moment you walk into Diva's you can feel the positive atmosphere that makes our salon so unique and different from others. Sandy's forte is color and cuts, and like many other stylists she is a great therapist. She enjoys making others feel good about themselves and loves seeing the smile of her clients when they walk out of her salon. Sandy is honest, fair and treats her employees and clients like family. In her free time she enjoys watching General Hospital, reading and going to the beach.

Leighann has been doing hair since 1996 and has been at Diva's since we first opened in 1999. Leighann is from Santa Clara and went to San Jose City Beauty College. Before coming to Diva's she worked at Fine Cuts. What brought her to Diva's was Sandy (the owner) and Betty. She loves seeing people love how they look and how they feel when they leave the salon. Leighann is extremely gifted at hair and she allows her clients to see their greatest potential and fulfills exactly what they want. She listens to her clients very well! She is great with up-do's, color and cuts. In her free time she plays softball and enjoys camping. Leighann is the heart and soul of Diva's Hair Salon.

Nikki has been a licensed esthetician for over 6 years and has been at Diva's for about 2 years. Nikki struggled with her own skin problems and was inspired to learn more about skin health and wanted to help and educate others with their skin. She was raised in Campbell and has lived here in the Bay Area her whole life. Before becoming a Diva girl, Nikki worked at Ciana Hair Salon and Day Spa and Aveda Concepts in Los Altos. By chance Nikki walked by Diva's one day and fell in love with the owner and the atmosphere...the rest is history.
Nikki is passionate about helping others feel good about themselves. Her forte is facials and waxing.

Mandy-Diva Stylist

Mandy has been at Diva's since April of 2007 and has been in the beauty business for the last eight years. Her passion for working with chemicals, and using chemistry to change a simple style into a dramatic new look is what sparked her interest in the beauty world. Mandy attended cosmetology school at San Jose City College and grew up right here in the Bay Area. She is great at educating her clients about maintaning their hair and keeping up with the new products and styles. Mandy is passionate about making people feel beautiful from the inside out, whether it be styling, color, chemical straightening hair, doing funky hair color, or (peek-a-boo bright tones), Mandy will make you look and feel amazing.

When she was young she had a stylist that didn't listen to what she wanted and was determined to be a great listener to all her clients. She is from San Jose in the Cambrian Area and her parents are still living in the same house she grew up in. Arlene is passionate about making people smile and making them look great. She loves giving her clients what they want to see and keeping hair healthy and beautiful. Her forte is long hair and highlights and low lights. She is great at soft curls, shinny healthy hair, fun cuts, up-do's and color correction. In her free time Arlene enjoys listening to her husband play in his blue's band and dancing. She also enjoys hiking and swimming. Arlene has a contagious laugh and smile and she leaves all her clients coming back for me.

Phil has been doing hair for over 23 years and has been at Diva's since we first opened. Before coming to Diva's Phil worked at The Curling Iron, Hair Image, and Precision Hair. Phil's artist background shines through in his creative and eye catching hair styles. He is easy to talk to and always listens to what his client wants. On his free time you can find Phil fishing. If you are lucky enough to 'catch' Phil as your hairstylist, you will find countless pictures of him with his big adventures on the water. We love our Phil!!!

Before coming to Diva's she worked at Salon Salon. Her passion is making people look and feel better. Pam provides her clients with soothing facials that will leave you feeling revived and healthy. Her spirituality and love rejuvinates her clients and the people she surrounds. Pam is the eyebrow guru! In her free time she enjoys gardening and brings in her vegetables for all of us to enjoy. She also likes entertaining friends.

Darcy has been a Diva girl since 2005 and has been doing hair for over seven years. She loves the gratification she gets from seeing the finished product. There is not one person that does not feel better when they get their hair and make-up done by Darcy. Darcy was born and raised in Santa Clara and went to cosmetology school at San Jose City College and moved to Los Angeles where she went to the make-up Designory and completed the Fashion Stylist Program. She lived and worked there for four years. When Darcy moved back to Northern California a good friend recommended her to Diva's. Darcy is passionat about making sure her clients feel great when they walk out the door. They are the ones that see themselves in the mirror everyday and she wants them to be happy with what they see. Her forte is doing A-Line cuts, Yuko straightening and make-up. She works with a lot of thick heads of hair. Darcy has a beautiful 4 month old son and loves spending time with him. She is a big movie person, and loves her gossip magazines! Ilona is originally from Hungry (Budapest) and her European flare makes her a perfect match here at Diva's. Before coming to Diva's Ilona owned her own salon in Saratoga. Shortly after selling her salon she felt pulled toward Diva's because of Sandy...our owner. Ilona's forte is haircuts and color. She uses a fantastic color line called Goldwell. People come from all over California to get their hair done by Ilona. Her experience and talent leaves all her customers satisfied. In her spare time Ilona enjoys horseback riding.

During her time at San Jose City College she went to 30 salon observations and from the moment she went into Diva's she knew she wanted to work here. The owner Sandy welcomed her with open arms and it was then that she knew she would work at Diva's.
